Summary

The My StampWants - Selling Summary page contains a miniature, but fully functional version of the Selling, Scheduled, Sold, and Unsold areas. This will give you a summary overview of all your selling activity on StampWants.

Selling

The Selling section of the My StampWants area allows members to view and track all of their open listings (items they are selling).

Search and Filter Area

As with all sections, listing can be searched, filtered by listing type, and sorted. Additionally, items can be filtered by a buyer's full or partial username.

In addition to filtering by listing type, you can also filter to view only items with active bids ("Active Bids Only").

By default, the date range filter is set to "Ignore Date". However, you can set the date type to "Start Date" to filter items by the date in which they were listed.

Item Information

As with all sections, the id and title of the item are displayed, along with the Private ID (if you set this field). Clicking on the title of the item will expand the row, and clicking on the item id will take the user to the specified listing. The current bid is also displayed, along with the starting bid (if the listing is an auction) and buy it now price (if applicable). If there are bids on the listing, the current bid and bidder's username will also be displayed. Additionally, the number of bids, views, watchers (users who have added the listing the to their Items I'm Watching List), start date and end date of the listing are also available.

Note: A Image:Upgrade.png symbol next to an item's name indicates that the listing has one or more listing upgrades (expand the row for details).

Row Expansion Information and Options

Expanding the row will reveal an image of the listing, if available, as with all sections in the My StampWants area. You can also view the shipping and handling charges you have set. If any listing upgrades have been added to the listing, they will also be displayed here.

Expanding a row in the Items I'm Selling section reveals a large amount of important options. These options inlucde Edit, End Early, Send to Auction, Send to Fixed Price, Mark on Sale and List Similar.

Actions Icons

There are no actions icons in this section. However, please note that there are several options available by expanding the row (see above).

Bulk Action Icons

Export - As with all sections, you can export a list of the items in this section using the Export Bulk Action, just be sure that you set the Apply to accordingly.

Bulk Changes - If you want to make changes to your listing in bulk, such as bulk updating your shipping information and/or payment information, use this option.

End Early - You can end items in bulk.

to Auction - You can send store items to auction in bulk (only store items will be affected).

to Fixed Price - You can send store items to fixed price listings in bulk (only store items will be affected).

Mark on Sale - You can mark fixed price and store items on sale in bulk.

Tips and Suggestions

  • Try using the start date filter to find store items which you have had listed for a long time, and have not sold. These items can then easily be sent to auction (at the same, or a reduced price), by changing the Apply to drop down box to "All Items in Filter" and then clicking on the "to Auction" bulk action icon. You can also mark items on sale the same way.
  • Click on the "Active Bids Only" filter to see only your auction items with active bids.
  • At the bottom of the table, just above the Bulk Actions, you can see the "Total on this Page" and "Total in this Filter". This will give you a quick total for all the items you have listed (both starting price and buy it now price), as well as a total of only your active bids.


Scheduled

The Scheduled section of the My StampWants area allows members to view, edit and delete items which they have listed, but have not yet started (because they were scheduled to start at a later date).

Tips and Suggestions

Sold

The Items I've Sold section of the My StampWants area allows members to not only view the items which they have sold, but completely manage all aspects of the sold process. With the Items I've Sold section you can keep track of what items you've sold, who paid for those items, how and when they were paid, if you shipped the items out, and when you shipped them. You can also keep track of refunds and returns. The search and filter area, with it's wealth of options also allows you to easily select customized date based on all your sales, which you can export to a spreadsheet at the click of a button.

Search and Filter Area

As with all sections, listing can be searched, filtered by listing type, and sorted. Additionally, items can be filtered by a buyer's full or partial username. You can also filter items by the date in which they were sold, paid or shipped. By default this is set to the sold items from the last 30 days, but you can change this to any date range you want. Since full name and email addresses are exchanged when a buyer purchases an item from you - you can also search by a buyer's full or partial name or email address.

In addition to filtering by listing type, you can also filter to view unpaid items only ("Unpaid Only") or items which you have not yet shipped only ("Not Shipped").

Item Information

As with all sections, the id and title of the item are displayed, along with the Private ID (if you set this field). Clicking on the title of the item will expand the row, and clicking on the item id will take the user to the specified listing. The price the item sold for is displayed in the Realized column. The starting bid (if the listing is an auction) and buy it now price (if applicable) are also listed. The winner's username is displayed in the Winner's column. Additionally, the number of bids, views, and end date of the listing are also available.

Unlike other sections of the My StampWants area, here you can click on the buyer's username to get all of the buyer's contact information, address and to send them an email or StampWants My Message. If you want to contact the buyer after you have sold an item to them, be sure to click on the seller's username in this section.

You will also be able to view the paid status you set, and the received status you set, along with the dates you set this information. Additionally, you can create a similar listing by clicking on "List Similar".

If any listing upgrades have been added to the listing, they will also be displayed here.

Actions Icons

Image:su_paid.png Image:ss_paid.png Image:sp_paid.png Image:sc_paid.png - Click this icon to set your Paid Status. Available options include: Check Clearing...,Pending..., Canceled, Refunded, Unpaid, Paid, Paid with PayPal, Paid by Check, Paid by Money Order, Paid by Credit Card and Paid with Google. If the icon is gray, payment has not yet been made. If it is green, it means the item has been paid for. If it is black, the payment has been marked canceled or refunded. If it is blue, payment is pending; this usually means payment has been made by PayPal or Google, but PayPal or Google has not yet confirmed this. We recommend that you manually check your PayPal or Google account and update this status manually.

Image:su_shipped.png Image:ss_shipped.png Image:sc_shipped.png - Click this icon to set your Shipped status. Available options include: Not Shipped (Gray), Shipped (Brown), Processing (Brown), Canceled (Black) and Returned (Black).

Image:su_invoice.png Image:ss_invoice.png - Click this icon to send an invoice to the buyer. Invoices are automatically sent to the buyer when the auction ends, or they purchase the item. Buyers can also make a payment at any time from the My StampWants - Items I've Won area. However, as a seller, if you have not been paid for an item, and want to send your own custom invoice, click on the paper invoice icon. If you have not yet sent a custom invoice, the icon will be gray. If you have sent a custom invoice the icon will be in color (you can still send a 2nd, 3rd, etc. custom invoice).

Image:su_lfeedback.png Image:ss_lfeedback.png - Click this icon to leave feedback for the buyer, for this transaction. Once you have left feedback the star will become colored.

Image:su_rfeedback.png Image:ss_rfeedback.png - If the circled check mark is colored, this indicates you have received feedback from the buyer for this transaction.

Bulk Action Icons

Export - As with all sections, you can export a list of the items in this section using the Export Bulk Action, just be sure that you set the Apply to accordingly.

Set Paid Status - You can set the paid status of items you have won in bulk. The same options as indicated above in the Actions Icons are available here to be set in bulk.

Set Shipped Status - You can set the shipped status of items you have sold in bulk. The same options as indicated above in the Actions Icons are available here to be set in bulk.

Leave Feedback - You can leave feedback for the items you have sold in bulk. The same options as indicated above in the Actions Icons are available here to be set in bulk.

Tips and Suggestions

  • If you want to update the paid status, received status, or leave feedback for all items from a seller, filter by that seller first, by entering their username in the "Seller" filter. Then go to the Bulk Action Icons and change the "Apply To" drop down box to "All Items in Filter". Then click any of the Bulk Action Icons.
  • To get a quick overview of items you still need to be paid for, just filter by the "Unpaid Items Only" filter. However, be sure you set the date range back far enough to cover all your unpaid purchase. You can then click on the invoice icon to send additional invoices to the buyer.
  • If you receive a payment by check, and only have the buyer's full name, try searching in the Winner Email or Name field. However, don't forget that you may have to increase the date range in which you are searching.


Unsold

The Unsold Items section of the My StampWants area allows members to view, delete and relist auctions and store items which either ended with no bids, or were ended early.

Search and Filter Area

As with all sections, listing can be searched, filtered by listing type, and sorted. Additionally, items can be filter by a bidder's full or partial username. You can also filter items by the date in which they ended or started. By default this is set to the ended unsold items within the last 30 days, but you can change this to any date range you want.

Additionally, you can choose to filter out any items which have been relisted, by clicking on the "UnRelisted Only" filter.

Unlike the Items I've Sold section, which does not allow you to delete any items, you can delete items from this list.

Clicking on the title of the item will expand the row, and clicking on the item id will take the user to the specified listing. The maximum bid (if applicable) is displayed in the Max Bid column. The starting bid (if the listing is an auction) and buy it now price (if applicable) are also listed. Additionally, the number of bids, views, and end date of the listing are also available.

Actions Icons

Image:endearly.png - Click this icon to delete the item from your Unsold Items list.

Image:relist.png - Click this icon to relist the item. Once you click this icon you can set what format you want to relist the item as (auction, fixed price or store). You can also make adjustments to the price based on a percentage of the original price.

Image:relisted.png - If this icon is displayed, the item has already been relisted and cannot be relisted again. A link to the relisted item will be displayed to the left of this icon.

Bulk Action Icons

Export - As with all sections, you can export a list of the items in this section using the Export Bulk Action, just be sure that you set the Apply to accordingly.

Delete - You can delete items from your Unsold Items list in bulk.

Relist - You can relist items in bulk.

Tips and Suggestions

  • To relist items in bulk quickly, simple expand the rows you want to relist and the click the "Relist" button in the Bulk Actions section. Or, you can filter the results first using the search and filter section, then change the "Apply to" drop down box to "All Items in Filter" and click the "Relist" button in the Bulk Actions section.
  • Try filtering by start date, end date, or a partial private id to qucikly get a list of items you want to relist. Then change the "Apply to" drop down box to "All Items in Filter" and click the "Relist" button in the Bulk Actions section.
  • If you accidentally delete listings, try contacting us, as we may be able to restore the listings to your Unsold Items list for you.
