To get to the Selling (Summary) page, just click the link that appears to the right of the Buying Summary title, which reads "Click Here to Go to: SELLING (Summary)". Additionally, you can click on the link for the particular section you want to view in the left side navigation bar.

Can I view one section of the Selling area at a time, such as "Items I'm Selling" only?

Yes. See the above FAQ, the same applies for the Selling Summary page.

How do I view more than 15 items per page?

If you are on the Buying Summary or Selling Summary page you can only view a maximum of 15 items per section. To view 50 or 100 (depending on your internet browser) items per page, you must go to the particular section you wish to view. To do this, just click on the title of that section. Additionally, you can click on the link for the particular section you want to view in the left side navigation bar.

I'm overwhelmed, why are there so many more options and fields in the (New) My StampWants area?

At first glance, especially when compared to the previous My StampWants area, the page may look a little overwhelming. However, if you understand what you are looking at, it won't be. In fact, from a first look visual standpoint there are only two new added areas within each section.

When looking at the previous My StampWants, what you would see was a table of items in each section. In the (New) My StampWants area you will still see a table of items in each section (with an added total column at the bottom). However, there is now a search and filter area on top of the table, and a bulk action area at the bottom of each table. If you really wanted to, you could ignore these two new areas, and everything would function exactly the same as in the previous My StampWants area. This means that anything you wanted to do, you could at least do exactly the same as in the previous My StampWants area, and in the same amount of time. However, if you do use the new areas, you will be able to work more efficiently and faster.

What does "All Items in Search/Filter" mean, and what is the Search and Filter area?

At the top of each table in a specific section of the My StampWants area, you will see a Search and Filter area. The Search and Filter area allows you to easily search and filter through your results. The Search and Filter area comprises of two types of options, searches and filters.

Searches allow you to search through your listings. Whether by Scott number, keyword, a buyer or seller's username or other available search options. Once you fill in a search option you will only see items in that particular section which match your search terms. For example, if you only want to see items you purchased from the seller 'StampWants', in the Seller's Username search box enter: StampWants.

Filters allow you to filter out information based on a certain criteria. Filters will always be located in the 'Click to Filter' box of the Search and Filter area. A green check mark will appear to the left of a setting if it is active, and a red x will appear if it is inactive. For example. if you are on the Items I've Sold page and you only want to see auction items only, which you have not yet been paid for, click the 'Fixed Price', 'Store' and 'Public' filters to turn them from their default of on to off, to display only auction items. Then click the 'Unpaid Only' filter to view only auctions which you have not yet been paid for.

Once you have set a search or filter, the items in that section will reflect the search and filters you have set. If you want to apply a Bulk Action to all of the items which match that Search/Filter (which may be several pages worth of items), change the "Apply to" drop down box in the Bulk Actions section to "All Items in Search/Filter".

What are Bulk Actions, and how do they help me do things faster?

Bulk actions are located at the bottom of any table, and represent the same actions you can apply to an individual item, such as marking it paid or shipped, or even leave feedback, but allows you to apply that action to multiple listing.

The easiest way to do this is to select the items you want to apply the bulk action to by clicking on the select boxes to the left of any item. This will check off the box and expand the row. Then just go to the Bulk Actions section and click any Bulk Action icon/link to apply that icon to the select items.

Alternative, you can also change the "Apply to" drop down box in the Bulk Action section to "All Items on this Page" or "All Items in Search/Filter" ("Selected/Expanded Items Only" is set by default). Setting this to "All Items on this Page" will affect all of the items on that page (if you are on the Summary page, it will only affect all items on that page within the specific section the Bulk Actions refer to). Setting this to "All Items in Search/Filter" will affect all of the items on that page, and all other pages in your current Search/Filter (if you are on the Summary page, it will only affect all items on that page within the specific section the Bulk Actions refer to).

How do I view more than 30 days worth of Sold or Purchased Items?

In the Search and Filter area of any section, just click on the calendar icon next to the date's show. You can then change these dates to include a greater range of items.

How do I sort a section?

In the Search and Filter area of any section, just select how you want to sort the section using the sort drop down box in the Sort By area. You also have the option to set a second field to sort by using the second drop down box.

The section is sorted using the field I want, but it's in the wrong order, how do I reverse the order?

To the right of the sort by drop down box in the Sort By section of the Search and Filter area, you can click on either ASC or DESC. ASC stands for ascending, and will sort your items in 0-9/A-Z order, where as DESC stands for descending and will sort your items in Z-A/9-0 order.

How long will the Search/Filter are remember what I entered?

Whenever you enter any search terms into any search fields, set the date range, modify filters, set the sort by fields, or any other fields in the Search/Filter area this information is saved. This way, if you leave the page to view and auction, or for any other reason, the search and filters you set will be saved, and you can view the same listings you were previously viewing when you return to the My StampWants area. If you don't return for 4 or more hours, the Search/Filter information will be reset.

How can I view all the items a buyer has not yet paid me for?

At the bottom of each section is a "Total on this Page" row, and a "Total in this Search/Filter" row. These rows include totals for the values in the columns above them (multiplied by the quantity). For example, in the Items I've Sold section, the first total represents the "Starting Bid" column, the second total represents the "BIN Price" column and the last total represents the price "Realized" column.
