Cancels: CDS Deep River, CONN / Feb 22 / 5 PM / 1921 tying stamp to cover on the left and a killer cancel tying it on the right

General Condition: Good condition considering the age and postal usage; short top perforations; signature in message area only; address in ink, smudged, to Chester, CT
