All stamps and covers are described to the best of my knowledge. I always try to illustrate the auction with clear, large photos . Please be aware that I have a limited knowledge of much of my material. Often a listing was a part of a much larger collection. Inspect the items carefully, as my descriptions may be brief. The item you see is the item you get! I enjoy working with stamps, but my other duties with http://www.strays.ca/ and http://www.strays.us/ usually leave me with too much to do, and too little time. Often a volunteer has taken the pictures, and I upload what I have.

As general guidelines regarding descriptions, flaws which are clearly visible in the pictures, like missing perfs., tears, creases , soiling/toning, short margins on one or more sides of a stamp, etc. might not always be mentioned in the description and they alone do not constitute an acceptable reason in case of a return.

I am not an expert by any means....but I'm trying, and I am sure having fun learning! I accept best offers...but please be reasonable.

This site is to raise funds for an issue that concerns me deeply... how animals are treated prior to reaching the dinner table (although, as always money will also go to stray animals.) I see nothing wrong with eating meat, but how an animal is treated (or grossly mistreated to be more accurate) is a terrible injustice that should not be ignored by any caring person. Out of site out of mind does just not cut it....the barbaric practices now used, all to save a few cents, are truly insane!
