Beautiful unused 3-cent US Dept. of Agriculture official stamp. I believe this is an O3, printed on thin hard paper, which has a catalog value of $175. If instead it's printed on soft, porous paper, it would be an O95, which would have a CV of $450. Catalog values assume original gum, and this stamp has no gum.

Centering is excellent. There is a faint crease running horizontally across the stamp, about a third of the way down. At first, I thought it was dirt, but when I saw the scan I realized what it was. There is a hinge remnant and some notations in pencil on the back of the stamp.
