You may combine as many lots as you like, within reason and excluding bulk lots, to save on shipping & handling.

Smaller Lots
$2.00 for purchases under $100. Over $100 add $5.50 for postage, insurance and handling.
For optional insurance on purchases under $100, please add an additional $3.50 (total $5.50).
Any insurance will be provided through private coverage.

Sheets, Flat Mail, & Larger Lots
Add $3.00 to the above, unless otherwise noted in the description.

International Shipping
$5.00 Airmail, $15.00 Priority International, or $20.00 Registered.
We are sorry but we cannot insure any packages shipped outside the U.S.
Registered mail is recommended for your safety.

*** Terms & Conditions ***

All multiple item lots are sold "As-Is". It should be assumed that all large lots, groups, and collections
will contain stamps and/or covers in mixed conditions and/or grades. Any lots described with faults are NOT
returnable. Stamps having disputed centering, margins, perforations, or cancels, are NOT returnable when a
photograph is provided. Items sold with certificates are sold "As-Is". No returns will be accepted without prior
approval. Returns accepted for items other than not as described will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances. The placing of a bid will indicate the buyer's
explicate acceptance of all of our terms and conditions of sale.

*** Grading & Certification ***

Notice that a lot is being submitted for a certificate must be made prior to payment, and a copy of the submission
form must be mailed or e-mailed within 5 days... NO EXCEPTIONS! Lots not as described will be refunded in
full (less S&H) plus certification fee (to $100 max.) for items costing over $200. Lots under $200 will be refunded
for the purchase price only (less S&H). Encapsulated or altered items are NOT returnable. Ungraded stamps sent
in to be graded are NOT returnable because they fail to meet a specific grade. A certificate of "No Opinion" is not
acceptable as grounds for returning a lot.

*** Policy on Fancy Cancel Lots ***

Fancy cancels are collected for their cancels. Many stamps that may otherwise be worthless to others are still collectable
for their cancels. We will endeavor to indicate if there are any hidden faults in these; however, may not bother to mention
any faults that show up in any photographs provided. Fancy Cancel Lots are NOT returnable for these faults.

*** Payments ***

Payment is accepted by check or money order. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal only.
We do not accept payments from unconfirmed PayPal addresses, and ship to confirmed addresses only.
Shipments to New Jersey addresses are subject to 7% Sales Tax unless a valid certificate is provided in advance.
Lots will be shipped as soon as payment clears. There is a $30 fee for checks returned for any reason.
