The color is sharp, with the exception of the bottom left corner, the perfs are intact, there is a VLHR, there are no stains or rust, the back is very clean and the cancel medium light. I like to call it a "dirty face" cancel because none of the portrait is blocked out. It just appears as if he hhad been cleaning a chimney. It is a handsome stamp. The 2006 SCV is $65.
