Unfortunately something has come to my attention and I need to try to deal with it. My policy on returns for items that are misidentified will not change, however I must add and enforce a new facet. It has been difficult for me to bank money to pay for returns and still continue to purchase new stock for sale when the item to be returned is held by the buyer for weeks and months after I have agreed to accept the item back.
