Scott #E4 Special Delivery Mint Stamp NH w/APEX Cert!!!

This stamp comes with the original APS (APEX) certificate, dated 8/15/2006, Cert #170276 which states that the stamp is:

"United States, Scott No. E4, unused, full original gum, never hinged, genuine in all respects."
