Here is a Scott International Postage Stamp Album binder. It is a 3.5 inch, 2-post binder, with a leather-like material over heavy card. The spine has the wording embossed in silver print and is labelled Part I. It is very good quality and is heavy!!
The binder shows a bit of wear and it is in good condition.
