These Plate Blocks are graded at Superb Jumbo (Gem) for centering, are Post Office Fresh mint, and have never been hinged. These look like they came from the USPS yesterday instead of 90 years ago. Has a few extremly small gum skips on one stamp and on margin of the Bottom Position Block. Truly a set for the perfectionist.
