Scott #25 Washington Type I Mint Stamp w/PSE Cert!!!

Be confident of what you are collecting! This is a geniune Scott #25 unused sound in all respects!!! Beware, I have handled many copies with washed cancels and faults-this one is sound!

This is your opportunity to get a great and certified example of this difficult issue at a reasonable price.

I recommend for collectors (unless they are experts in this field) not to purchase these rare stamps unless they get an extension for immediate certification. As an example of the charge for certification, for this stamp, the PSE would currently charge for the cert (4.5% of CV)+ shipping both ways would come to almost $60.

I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me.
