Scott #13 Washington PAIR w/2007 APS Cert (Stock #13-3)

Fresh stamp with original APS cert dated 9/6/2007, cert #177730 which states:

US, Scott No. 13 used pair: "genuine, multiple creases, top margin tear."

The pair handles very solid; the creasing is overall very mild and the top margin tear on the right stamp does not enter the design. When did you last see a certified multiple of #13; while I would prefer to sell this as a pair, I will consider offers for individual stamps.

I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me.
