I attempt to discribe all items to the best of my abilities and use a current Scott Specialized catalogue and Scott Stamp Monthly for pricing information. For identification purposes where applicaable, I use the Micarelli Guide to U.S. Stamps, a Stanley Gibbons stamp color key and any on line information available. Condition and spacing are subjective and can differ from issue to issue, therefore the scans are provided for your personal evaluation and you are welcome to bid accordingly.

Shipping: Will be with USPS as listed unless the buyer requests other service (at buyers expense). Items uninsured will be sent at buyers risk. Canadian buyers will be charged $1.50 shipping. All oter foreign buyers will be charged as listed.

Store Items: Shipping will be $1.00 for first item and free for additional items. If auction item is also purchased, auction item shipping cost will count as first store item for shipping purposess. Additional auction items will be at 0.25c each due to higher auction fees.

Returns: Will be cash back with a seven day return period. Please contact me if a return is requested. Refund will only apply to items improperly discribed.
