This is a Block of Four of Scott #577, the 2 Cent Washington Issue of the 1923-25 (Flat Plate Press). This Block of four is graded at VF-XF for centering, is Post Office Fresh with bright color, fresh gum, and has never been hinged. This one looks like it came from the USPS yesterday and not 82 years ago. This would make a beautiful addition to any collection. Shipping in the U.S.A. is $1.00. Insurance if desired is extra.
