THIS BLOCK IS GRADED AT XF-SUPERB FOR CENTERING, IS POST OFFICE FRESH MINT, AND HAS BRIGHT FRESH COLOR, BUT HAS TWO LIGHT MARKS FROM PREVIOUS HINGING.
