Scott #481 - Plate Block - Superb Jumbo - Mint VLH

This is a Plate Block of the Imperforated Scott #481, the 1 Cent Washington Issue of 1916. This Plate Block has Superb Jumbo (Gem) Centering, is Post Office Fresh mint, but has a several light hinge marks where hinges were removed. There is also writing in pencil in the margin of the block. (Please see scan). There are no thins or any other faults on this block. Shipping in the U.S.A. is $2.00.
