This is a Plate Block of Scott #481 the 1 Cent Washington from the 1916-17 Series - Flat Press, No Watermark. This Plate Block is graded at Superb (Gem) centering, is Post Office Fresh mint, but has two very light faint marks where it was once hinged. Nice large margins! Shipping in the U.S.A. is $2.00.
