This is a Plate Block of Scott #409 of the 2 Cent Washington Issue of 1912. This Block is graded at Superb Jumbo (Gem) centering, is Post Office Fresh mint, with bright fresh, color, fresh gum, and has never been hinged. This one looks like it came out of the USPS yesterday and not 93 years ago. Has small natural gum crease which is normal for these issues. Would make a beautiful addition to any plate block collection. Shipping in the U.S.A. is $2.00. Insurance if desired is extra according to your needs.
