Australian States, New South Wales, Scott 98 used in Ceylon on Black & White PPC with light 1914 CEYLON CDS, and bold PAQUEBOT cancel which ties stamp. Reverse: Landing Jetty and Harbour, Colombo. Corner fold and other minor faults, still F-VF and interesting. Ships.
