All items are in sound condition
with the stamps being un-mounted mint (never hinged) except those
shown to be mounted on album pages or unless otherwise indicated in
the description. Similarly all covers are un-addressed and bear the
official cachet except where stated. Stanley Gibbons catalogue
numbers are given as a guide only.
For modern (post 1960) First Day
Covers the images shown are for illustration only and the item
received may differ slightly from that pictured however the only
difference will be the address to which it was originally sent. The
quality / condition of the item received will never be less than
the one depicted.
If on receipt you are in any way
dissatisfied with an item it may be returned within seven days for
a full refund.
All items listed on this site are
in stock and will be dispatched within two working days of receipt
of cleared payment.
Payment should be sent no later
than 7 days after the end date of an auction or the purchase date.
Payment may be made only by

Lots will be sent following
receipt of cleared payment by First Class or Airmail as appropriate
in card backed envelopes or with card stiffeners. Postage and
packing is dependent on the type / quantity of the items and the
following charges will apply to all orders. Please wait for an
invoice to be sent before making payment to ensure that the correct
postage is charged.
The recorded delivery (insurance)
charge is compulsory for all purchases totalling £25.00 /
$50.00 or more. For orders of lower value the charge is optional
and will only apply if specifically requested (and paid for) by the
customer. Items sent by standard First Class mail or standard
Airmail are sent entirely at the buyer's risk.
For the purposes of calculating
postage charges all items other than stamps and miniature sheets
are assumed to be equivalent to covers.
