Shipment will be made within two business days for payments by PayPal (Preferred), Money Order or Cashiers Check. Personal checks are accepted but the check must clear before shipment is made. Payment in cash is at buyers risk.

Buyers from outside the United States must pay with PayPal in U.S. dollars.

Shipping and handling is $1.50 (U.S,), $1.75 (Canada), $3.00 (other countries) for the first item and $0.25 for each additional item purchased within a 10 day period.

International buyers may request shipping by Registered Mail. Contact me for the cost. If shipped via Registered Mail, I will be responsible for refunds if the item is lost or damaged in the mail.

Insured mailing is available for shipments within the U.S., if requested. Standard USPS insurance rates apply.

I cannot be responsible for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given if I am notified within seven days of the buyer receiving the item, as follows:

1. Refunds for items that are not accurately described will be for the purchase price plus shipping both ways.

2. Convenience refunds for items that are accurately described, but the buyer has changed their mind, will be for the purchase price but not Shipping and Handling (S&H).

3. Refunds will not be given for items that are offered "AS IS".

Stamp Certification Policy

I must be notified within 5 days of purchase that you intend to submit an item for certification. I will place the item on hold, for up to 90 days, while certification is obtained. I will refund the cost of the stamp, postage both ways and the cost of the certificate for any stamp found to be not genuine.

Refunds will not apply when the certifying agency notes faults but the item is genuine.

I only recognize certificates from PF, PSE, APS and Weiss.
