This listing is for a set of four (4) stamps issued by Hong Kong Post on November 24, 2002, and all show Christmas designs. Hong Kong does not typically issue Christmas stamps, although at least one other set was issued under the British in 1990.

All of the stamps have syncopated security perforations at their right and left sides, which is a typical feature of modern Hong Kong Stamps. (These appear as extra large, oval perforations on these two sides.).

Additionally, two other design features are used on these stamps. One of these is holographic foil applied to parts of the stamp, such as the star on the top of the Christmas tree stamp. This does not appear well on the scan. The other is that the central design of each stamp was created by perforating the paper rather than printing a design.

This set is listed in Scott as #1081-1021 and are mint, never hinged, as issued by Hong Kong. Please see scan for details.
