The second type is on a safety-paper certificate with an enlarged photocopy tied by my embossed seal (as shown) and the cost is $15.00. Cost of return shipping of the item(s) back to you is extra. Add additional amount depending on what type of return service you require. First Class return is $1.00, Insured return is $4.60 for up to $300. and 90c for each additional $100., Registry is $10. (no insurance). Fully insured Registry is $15.00. Express is $18.00.
