The cachet depicts the star of each team, "Three-finger" Brown of the Cubs and Ty Cobb of the Tigers. The cover is franked with the Ty Cobb stamp from the Legends of Baseball set, and has the pictorial commemorative cancel from Kazoopex Station, Kalamazoo, Michigan, on March 29, 2008.
