This is Unitrade #1250ii, which is the 38 cent Infantry Regiments plate block, perf 13 issued September 8, 1989. Mint, Very Fine, Never Hinged. Unitrade explains that there is a significant shortage of inscription blocks resulting from technical difficulties at the printer. They also note that less than 50 full panes with imprint exist. Unitrade lists the plate block at $250.00.
