Pop-Up FDC Celebrates
Bennett Cachetoons 20th Anniversary!!


2007 marks the 20th anniversary of the very first Bennett Cachetoons FDC issue -- it was a set of 50 different cacheted covers for the 1987 North American Wildlife issue. This summer's CELEBRATE! stamp provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate our two decades of cachetmaking!

Cartoonist and cachetmaker Dave Bennett utilized the Cachetoons Pop-Up format to show an explosion of cachets from the past 20 years. Folded, the cover fits in a standard album slot . . .

. . . but when unfolded and opened up, it is over 12 inches long!

To tie the new covers in with our first cachets, each one of these CELEBRATE! FDCs is combo-cancelled with a single from the North American Wildlife set (Scott 2286 - 2335). Winners of this auction can select their favorite animal from that set (as supplies allow).
