Nice looking C13. I t has some toning on back where it had been hinged and has a horizontal line at top of back of stamp probably from prior hinge. It looks like a thin line in fluid but I broke up a Block of 6 and this was the only one with such a line. It is not visible from the front and is probably just a toning line. See 2nd picture.

If upon expertizing, the stamp is not genuine or as described (used instead of unused, with faults when described as sound, etc) I will give a refund of purchase price plus mailing costs. Because of the cost for certificates, I will refund the cost of the certificate only for stamps that have a catalog value of over $100. You may get it expertized either by the APS, Philatelic Foundation or PSE but I base the cost of the certificate on what it would cost me through the APS ($25.00 or 2% for SCV > $1000).
