3-dollar and 50-cent blue and black Documentary stamp. Very nice appearing stamp with fine centering for issue. Excellent color. (Silk fibers visible in scan.) Used. Has a pen cancel. Very hard to find!! A great looking stamp to add to your revenue collection! Issued 1871.
