A very pleasing and attractive example of this scarce 'F'
grill issue.
August 2006 PSE cert notes a 'nibbed perf at the left
third down'. Quite attractive with black and red cancels and large
balanced margins. Also accompanied by May 2002 PF cert stating
'genuine' with no other faults.
