First day cover with Webcraft add-on cachet (applied in 2006) of the Albania stamp from the wartime issue calling attention to the plight of countries under Axis occupation. The Webcraft name and the year the cachet was applied are printed under the flap. The cachet is printed on a filler glued from the inside, which shows through an opening in the envelope where an address was cut out.
