Single items are returnable within 10 days for purchase price. If stamp is to be certified, item is returnable for up to 3 months but I must be notified within 10 days that you are getting it certified. Cost of certification is at your expense for any item under $100.00. S&H in the U.S. is as follows: Lots sold will have $2.00 S&H unless otherwise specified. Call for S&H on collections and larger items. Similar lots such as single stamps or small sets can be combined at 25c for each additional lot. I self insure on all lots under $100.00. Insurance may be purchased for all lots above that at the prevailing USPS rate. Insurance is recommended for these higher priced lots as I will not be held responsible for uninsured lots. Also, If full payment for S&H is not made then I do not guarantee any lot. Acceptance of these terms is assumed if you make any payment.
