62b - 10 cent Type A27a - F/VF Used Cat $1,300.00 CERT

USA #62b - 10 cent Washington (Type A27a) Regular Issue of 1861.

This rare stamp is in Fine/Very Fine used condition with attractive black target cancel. There are 4 margins, and stamp is well centered.

This stamp is accompanied by fresh 2006 APS Certificate which mentions clipped perfs at right. I also noted one short perf at top. Even with the clipped perfs this is quite an attractive stamp and is missing from many collections.
