This Waco Auction runs for four days Monday thru Thurs ending August 28th. This is Lot 116. The Waco leans towards mint stamps (78%) yet there quite a few used too. All lots have both normal bidding and BIN (at $8.50). If you bid you've killed the BIN option so no one else can commandeer this stamp. Of course bids might eventually exceed what had been BIN originally. If you must have a stamp and get there first you can use BIN and the stamp is yours!
