--- GRADING and CERTIFICATION ---

Any stamp without a certificate, may be sent to the PF, PSE, or APSE for authenticity. We must be notified of your intent to send in prior to payment, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Lots not as described will be refunded in full plus reasonable costs if over $200.00, lots under $200.00 will be refunded for purchase price only!
Encapsulated or altered items are NOT returnable. Ungraded stamps sent in to be graded are NOT returnable, because they fail to meet a specific grade.

--- RETURN POLICY ---

Ten Day guarantee on any lot, if incorrectly described!! All returns must be received within 25 days of the Auction End Date!! No returns on lots: sold as is, disputes regarding centering, perforations and or cancel where a photo is supplied, or lots with more than five items!
IMPROPER RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE
