Specimen overprints are prepared by postal administrations for distribution to the UPU, other governments, and other interested parties to inform them of current stamp issues, without having to give away stamps actually valid for postage. They are, therefore, not sold to the public, and are only occasionally available.

The overprinting is in black, and does not obscure the stamp design very much.

These are all Scott-listed stamps, as follows:

They are all mint (that is, not postmarked), never-hinged, with no defects.

The usual shipping charge per item is $2.00, except for items that are heavier than average. This charge includes insurance coverage, but the shipping charge for additional items sent at the same time is only 25 cents each. One way to reduce your shipping cost per item, if you have purchased an auction item (we modestly suggest) would be to look through our store items and perhaps add some of them to your auction purchase. We will send a combined invoice for the total amount due.
