307 - 10 ct Webster - XF/SUP Used Precancel - Cat $2.80

USA #307 - 10 cent Webster Regular Issue of 1902-03.

This stamp is in Extremely Fine/Superb condition with nice centering amid Jumbo margins and Chicago Precancel. There are a few short perfs at left and a tiny corner perf crease upper left.

The catalog value of this stamp is $2.80 according to Scott 08 and I'm not sure what value the precancel adds.
