When scanning, due to space limitations we do not often scan the entire sheet, just the area around the plate block. Unless otherwise stated the balance of the sheet is complete and without any faults. When I have multiple sheets, the sheet you see may not be the sheet you get but will be in the same condition as shown. Insurance available only on shipments within the U.S. If you wish to expertize a stamp you need to advise me of that action within 7 days of payment. If upon expertizing, the stamp is not genuine or as described (used instead of unused, with faults when described as sound, etc) I will give a refund of purchase price plus mailing costs. Because of the cost for certificates, I will refund the cost of the certificate only for stamps that have a catalog value of over $100. You may get it expertized either by the APS, Philatelic Foundation or PSE but I base the cost of the certificate on what it would cost me through the APS ($25.00 or 2% for SCV > $1000).
