If upon expertizing, the stamp is not genuine or as described (used instead of unused, with faults when described as sound, etc) I will give a refund of purchase price plus mailing costs. Because of the cost for certificates, I will refund the cost of the certificate only for stamps that have a catalog value of over $100. You may get it expertized either by the APS, Philatelic Foundation or PSE but I base the cost of the certificate on what it would cost me through the APS ($25.00 or 2% for SCV > $1000). The stamp and certificate must be returned to me for credit within 120 days of purchase.
