This is a VF cover with a #22 pair + single. Approx 2mm of the left stamp is covered by the pair. If held to a light you can see the shadow of the stamp and perfs behind the middle stamp. This cover was certified by PSE (see below for cert) and states, "genuine usage of a pair and a single on cover (each stamp with minor perf faults)."

There were a couple of pencil notations in the lower left corner of the cover that have been erased by the prior owner.
