All stamps are sound except as described. Look at the scan for centering and perf condition. Stamps are not returnable because of centering or perfs. Lots with 5 or more stamps should be considered of mixed condition and are not returnable. '99c SPECIAL' lots are sold 'as is' and are not returnable. Any other lot described 'as is' is not returnable. Fixed shipping of $1.55, US or international, includes private insurance. Multiple lot winners pay one shipping and insurance fee, exact amount to be determined by me after auctions close - please email me and don't figure it out for yourself. I prefer PayPal, but I also accept checks and money orders. Personal checks must clear before lots are shipped. Canadian and international bidders may pay by personal check (or cheque as you like to call it) but the check must have the name and address of a US correspondent bank on it or I cannot cash it and I will return it.
